Payment plans
What plans are available?
Monthly Selection £4.99/month (a rotating selection of recipes), Premium Selection £8.99/month (a much larger rotating selection) and VIP £14.99/month (the full library plus Chef AI and the creation tools). Every plan also has a yearly option at 25% off: £44.99, £79.99 and £134.99 a year.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan on the Pricing page, add it to your cart and check out securely. Prices are in pounds; your card provider converts if you pay in another currency.
Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes. Go to your Account page and pick “Compare plans and upgrade”. You'll confirm the change and only pay the difference for the rest of your billing period.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel your membership from the Account page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund policy for details.
Recipe access
What can I see without a membership?
Every recipe's photo, summary, timings and allergy information. Full ingredients and step-by-step methods are for members.
Why can't I open some recipes?
Monthly and Premium Selection members get a selection that refreshes each calendar month. Upgrading to Premium or VIP unlocks more — VIP unlocks everything.
Can I save or print recipes?
Recipes are viewable inside Terroir only, so copying, printing and downloading are disabled.
Allergy information
Where do I find allergens?
Every recipe page shows an “Allergy information” box listing major allergens found in its ingredients: gluten, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, molluscs, peanuts, tree nuts, soya, sesame, celery, mustard, sulphites and lupin.
Can I rely on it completely?
It's a helpful guide worked out from the ingredient list. Always check the labels on the products you buy, and seek medical advice for serious allergies.
